We recommend checking your package upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

Before Returning:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receipt at favespicks@163.com to request authorization and the correct return address

  • Do not send items to the address on our website without authorization

Return Conditions:

  • Returns are accepted for quality-related issues (please note: slight color/size variations may occur)

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and protective strips intact

  • Items with stains, signs of use, or damaged packaging cannot be accepted

Shipping & Processing:

  • Return through your local post office and include the completed return form

  • Keep your tracking number for reference

  • We process refunds/exchanges within 7 business days of receiving your return

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customer-initiated returns: You cover return shipping costs

  • Our error (wrong/damaged item): We cover return shipping costs
